A job that doesn't get in the way of business
We plan work by facade so customer entrances stay clear. The schedule is set with the owner or manager. You deal with one contact who knows your file from start to finish.
Expansion joints and storefronts: what's different
A large facade moves more than a house wall. Expansion and control joints absorb that movement: the sealant is stretched in winter and compressed in summer. A rigid or poorly installed product splits in the middle or peels off one side. We remove the old product entirely, size the backer rod to the real joint width and apply a flexible silicone.
Storefront joints are long and continuous. One open section is enough for water to get in at the bottom of the frame, often right above the store floor. We check the full length, not just the visibly damaged part.

What it costs
As a guide, expect $30 to $60 per standard window and $3 to $8 per linear foot for special joints. The final price depends on the inspection: actual joint length, condition of the old sealant, access and height. The quote is free and you get it within 24 hours.

Yes. We plan the work by facade on a schedule agreed with you, so the entrance stays open.
Do you caulk expansion joints?
Yes. Expansion and control joints need a flexible sealant that moves with the facade. We redo them after fully removing the old product.
Do you handle rental buildings and multiplexes?
Yes. We coordinate timing with the owner or manager to keep tenant disruption low.
How is access to upper floors handled?
Height access is assessed during the inspection.
