No. Fog or frost trapped between the two panes of glass points to a failed sealed unit (thermopane), not a defective exterior joint. In that case caulking won't solve it — the sealed unit has to be replaced. Thermos Horizon, our specialized division of Groupe Protek, handles that replacement without changing the whole window.
